OAuth2 Permissions and Email Automation

Our AI Email Automation feature requires OAuth2 permissions to access your Gmail account. By granting these permissions, you allow us to send emails on your behalf to potential employers.

Revoking Permissions

You can revoke OAuth2 access to your Gmail account at any time. Here's how:

1. From your SKILL ASSIGN account, go to "Settings" > "Connected Accounts" and click "Disconnect" next to your Gmail account.
2. Alternatively, you can revoke access directly through Google:
   • Go to Google Account Permissions
   • Find SKILL ASSIGN in the list of connected apps
   • Click "Remove Access"

User Content

When you upload job posters or other content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display that content for the purpose of providing our services.

Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your data. We will:

• Never send emails without your explicit approval
• Only use your data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy
• Implement appropriate security measures to protect your information
• Comply with applicable data protection laws

Limitation of Liability

SKILL ASSIGN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any outcomes related to your job applications or communications with potential employers.

Changes to Terms
